I currently write a weekly Life Consultancy column for IPC Media’s LOOK magazine. I have appeared on Channel Four and BBC1 and enjoy providing insightful comment on women’s issues. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and registered as a BPS media contact.

Feelgood Economy, (NIVEA Body, June 2008)
I designed a 'complimentary coaching' workshop and worked with 29 women to
build their ability to give and receive compliments on behalf of
NIVEA Body
and Unity PR. It was a
really rewarding project that led to a series of live and pre-record
interviews for BBC regional radio stations and commercial stations across the
UK, discussing the link between complimenting and women's self-esteem and
confidence.
British Singles Time, (Dating Direct, March 2008)
I was asked to discuss the psychology of dating, confidence and flirting for
www.datingdirect.com in a short film
and series of radio interviews. Again, great fun and a pleasure to do.
